39. Communication & Boundaries

Despite our complicated languages and large brains, humans are often terrible communicators. We get insulted when others come to us with issues and take other’s issues as personal affronts.

We fear rejection so don’t ask for help and we ignore precedent or the lack there of. We fear communication and boundaries thus we avoid both ourselves and when it comes from others.

We should be able to speak our truths to one-another without fear, and listen to others without judgment or insult.
