Yoga For The Mind, Body and Soul… And Whatever Else You Can Think Of!

Well folks I have some exciting news for you! I have found the answer for every question, it’s simple and I can sum it up in one word. Yoga.

If you’ve tried yoga, then you either hated it or loved it. Which was probably just because of the type of yoga, and who was teaching it. I have been doing yoga for years, and I can say without a doubt I have both loved and hated it throughout. I’ve bought apps, and apps, used podcasts, and taken classes, and every experience was different.

I’ve done hot yoga, taken beginner classes, tackled Tony Horton’s P90X Yoga with mixed feelings throughout. I can however say that I have finally found my niche in the yoga world and am happy to say that it is truly the answer to everything.

Around half an hour ago I was feeling lethargic and unmotivated to do anything more then watch “The Mindy Project” until I decided I should do something active as I hadn’t workout since the start of the holidays. So I did. Just a few minutes of light stretches and breathing exercises  and I feel utterly refreshed and focused!

The great thing about my years of an ‘on-again-off-again’ relationship with yoga is that now i have a huge repertoire of different yoga styles that I can fit to match any mood. I can design a hardcore workout for a day I want a challenge, or a light stretch for an evening after a very stressful day. Anything I want.

Yoga has certainly been hugely beneficial for me, whether it’s meditation or exercise everyone has a go to. What’s yours?

Tell me what you think?
