I had settled into a routine, I was feeling great. I felt better, and stronger after every workout, and I relished in this amazing life change.
Then the cold northern winds blow in, the days get shorter, the clouds rolled in and things started to suck. Sniffles, coughing, fatigue, and all the other wonders of cold and flu season. Yay. 😒
So what did I do? Kept on going, and repeated this to myself with a slight modification:
“Oh, you don’t feel like working out?… But are you dead?” lol 😜
Weirdly enough it does help.
