Savoury, crispy and super easy to throw together on a weeknight! These drumsticks are delicious, and come out great every time!
- 1/8 – 1/4 C. Coconut oil
- Barbecue sauce of choice to taste
This recipe will vary depending on how many drumsticks you are making, and how large there are. It’s super easy to eye-ball it, the key is in the cooking!
Preheat oven to 400F. Melt the coconut oil, and lightly coat each drumstick, then salt liberally, – this will help the skin get crispy! – Place on a rack, nestled inside a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, remove from oven and baste all over with barbecue sauce and place bake in oven for around 15 minutes! Fini!
