This awesome, hearty and comforting soup recipe was birthed from the simple laziness of not wanting to have to slowly eat the fondue left overs from the night before so I threw them all in a pot together!
We used to use the store bought fondue broth but this time tried using some of my homemade bone broth instead! It turned out amazing!
So the next day we had a bunch of yellow onion, fondue meat, broccoli and peppers left over, I simply threw it all together in the broth in a pot, simmered until the veggies where tender and served! Simple as that!
Chinese Fondue Soup
2L bone broth
2 packs fondue beef (sliced into small strips)
3 bell peppers (orange, red and yellow)
1 large head broccoli
1/2 large head cauliflower
2 medium onions
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender.
Makes about 8-10 servings
