Iced Camomille Bedtime Tea

0B7907D0-DA50-45BD-8323-A4F14CDC8973.jpegI started using Natural Vitality’s Natural Calm magnesium supplement to help with my sleep quality this week. I was planning on taking it with tea but the last few days have been abnormally hot at night so hot tea was a resounding NO!

I came up with the idea of making iced camomille tea and it was delicious! A fantastic alternative to hot tea and just as easy to make!

Iced Camomille Bedtime Tea

  • 1-2 tsp unflavoured Natural Calm  (follow directions on container)
  • 1/4 hot water (to disolve powder)
  • 3/4 chilled camomille tea (brewed before hand)
  • Milk of choice (I used Silk Coconut) – to taste
  • Ice

Disolve magnesium in hot water, add tea, milk and ice. Done! Enjoy an hour or two before bed, and sleep tight! 😌😴
